Connie Robinson brings over twenty years experience as a human resources professional. Prior to joining the Gideon Group she managed Diversity Sourcing and Recruitment for Motorola’s Semiconductor Products Sector. While there, she received the President’s Award, the highest recognition given to Motorola employees, for exceeding Motorola’s hiring goals for 1995, 1996 and 1997 – the first time in Motorola history. Prior to Motorola, Connie managed and directed the Human Resources Division for the Arizona Supreme Court. While there, she restructured the division, and assisted in staffing the Commission on Minorities in the Judiciary which helped pave the way for an increase in the diversity of Arizona judges, lawyers and court personnel. Previously, Connie managed human resources for both Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and the Dial Corporation. A management graduate from Arizona State University and Valley Leadership of Phoenix, she serves on the boards of the FBI Citizens Academy, President, YWCA of Maricopa County, Executive Committee of the YWCA Southwest/Delta Region and the Arizona Foundation for Women. She is a graduate of the Women of Color Development Incubator, Class 2002.
